Hi, I’m Hillari, Owner & Founder of Salon H. Ross! When people ask me why I love what I do or why I decided to open my own salon in Rogers, Arkansas and create a brand for myself from the ground up, I always say “because it’s your hair.”  In fact, I’ve said this so many times, we printed it on t-shirts, hats, and bags!

My mission as a stylist and mentor is to create an atmosphere in my salon that can change someone’s life. The Salon H. Ross stylists and myself live to see the difference between when our clients walk into the salon and when our clients walk out. Something as simple as a good blow out or a more luxurious service like hand-tied hair extensions can be life-changing for our clients and their confidence. This is what has kept me going for my sixteen years as a stylist.
