FOUNDER & CEO
I love hair! I started my career in 2004, and I have continued my education and certifications every year since. I have worked to build an amazing clientele and salon and to see my dream come to life in 2016 was incredible! From razor cutting and hand-painting balayages to custom coloring and installing hand-tied hair extensions, transforming hair is my favorite thing to do! I have the best job in the world.

I attended Toni & Guy in 2009 and have been a stylist in Rogers since 2010. I’ve been with Salon H. Ross since the salon opened in 2016. I live for fashion, personal style, and great hair. I love lived-in colors and messy, textured styles, but I can also do sleek precision cuts. I love making others feel confident and working with them to achieve a style that suits their lifestyle. I’ve attended numerous color/cut classes from Oribe, Unite, Keune, Kevin Murphy, Eufora, and Balayage Boot Camp in Dallas.

I studied atPaul Mitchell the School and graduated in August 2020. I came straight to work at Salon H. Ross and have loved it ever since! I am always eager to further my education and get to know each client's individual wants and needs. When I’m not behind the chair I love to be spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and spending all my money on shopping!

I tend to always make hair contact before eye contact, but hey, that's just the stylist in me! I graduated from the Aveda Institute Denver in 2008. Afterwards, I did a six month apprenticeship at Pompadours Salon in Bolder, CO that has been featured in top magazines like InStyle. After completing my apprenticeship, I moved back to my home state of Arkansas in 2009, and having been helping those in the NWA achieve their hair goals. I have continued my education with Kevin Murphy, Redken, and Aveda just to name a few. This year, I decided to take my education to the next level, and get certified in hair extensions! If I am not at the salon you can find me hiking with my daughter and golden doodle exploring the Natural State. Love to see you in my chair soon!

I studied at Paul Mitchell the School and after working 12 years in a salon — 8 of those behind the chair — I still look forward to coming to work every day! I am dedicated to continuing education, and I'm certified in the Harper Ellis Concealed Bead Method, Hotheads Tape-In Extensions, Davines, Kevin Murphy and have taken extensive cutting classes. I love to do traditional colors, foil work, & blonding! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, kayaking, cycling, cooking, and gardening. When people ask me why I wanted to become a hair stylist I tell them I wanted to help make people feel beautiful and confident!

Hey girl heyyy! I started doing hair in 2014 and love blonding, balayages, and extensions! I also enjoy doing makeup, whether it's full glam or something subtle. I love creating beautiful transformations! A few of my interests outside of the hair world include interior design/HGTV shows, hanging with my family, and binge-watching all the good netflix series.
